1 – 22 September, Angela Davidson

Exhibition in the Square Room at Logie Steading Art Gallery

Angela was born in Aberdeen in 1969 and grew up on Speyside. After Speyside High School she attended the College of Commerce in Aberdeen, completing a two-year course in Window Display and then acquired an H.N.C. in Spatial Design.
Angela is an artist who is entirely self-taught.
Her inspiration usually comes from her local surroundings. So every time a beast sticks its nose through the fence and into the garden, it stands a fairly high chance of being immortalised on canvas or paper.
Angela works in oil, acrylic and pastel producing bold, original pictures; she exhibits her originals and prints throughout Scotland and is in demand for commissions – particularly of animals and landscapes.
