Come and spend a relaxing day in the workshop creating a piece of handmade furniture. You will learn a wide range of traditional “Green Woodworking” techniques. Using hand tools and locally sourced hardwood you will create a rustic 3 or 4 legged “half log stool” for use in the garden or a semi outside environment such as a shed or porch.
This 1 day course is the perfect introduction to “Green Woodworking”. You will start with a log and be shown how to split out the legs, shape and create a tight joint . You then get to choose your seat from a selection of half logs and are shown how to debark, shape, sand and drill the holes for jointing the legs.
Limited places available. Book online by clicking HERE. Phone on 07879856630 or email email@example.com.
