Welcome to Logie

Welcome to Logie Estate, in the beautiful Findhorn Valley near the town of Forres. The Findhorn valley, renowned for the spectacular gorge scenery through which the river, with its exciting salmon fishing, runs. Outwith the river valley, the land is a mosaic of farms and trees which provide a livelihood for those who live and work in the area.

Logie Estate is a multi-faceted business involving farming, forestry, housing, commercial premises, tourism and recreation. In common with most estates in Britain, at Logie we provide land and buildings for a wide variety of independently run local businesses, some community and charity projects, as well as running businesses of our own.

As well as opportunities for salmon fishing on the River Findhorn, Logie offers the opportunity to enjoy a walk by the river or a stroll through Logie House Gardens.

There is something for everyone at our Scottish Tourist Board 4 Star Logie Steading Visitor Centre, open every day from 1st March until Christmas, 10.30-5. If the weather is bad please check our Facebook page or ring 01309 611733.

Opening Times

Logie Steading is currently open every day of the week right up until Christmas from 10.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The cafe opens before the other shops at 10 a.m.

The garden, playground and of course the river walks are always open.

New Projects at Logie

The cafe has re-opened in its new setting across the courtyard and the Art Gallery has expanded into the vacated space. The old armoury on the left of the arch is currently being converted into the Logie Whisky and Wine Shop. We are looking forward to its opening later this spring.

Do come down and visit, have a look over the renovations, and keep in touch with happenings on Facebook.
